There, it was done. A whole year of work for Asha. She was sitting at her desk, putting the final letter in the envelop she was going to send to DCS. In it, she has joined all the pictures she had taken of Shiny during the year and the little dairy they had been requested to write. It was now full of their adventure and memories. The young women was somewhat different now. And sure Shiny was too ! But this whole experience had changed her mind and perspective of the world. Shiny was now her best friend and she was hoping to keep him for a long time ! Sure she would never be able to sell him. Bit like Vrael. Through the window, she could see Amy passing by on her thoroughbred Vernon. She was, in her way, living the same adventure as her. It was so challenging, but you were so glad when it was over that you came across such an amazing horse. Either it was Shiny, who was a former wild horse, or Vernon, who was a former racer, both horses were rejected horses that had finished a part of their life to start a new one. It was so wonderful to think that she was the lucky one that had been able to guide him through the change. It had not always been easy for them. But she was extremely lucky to have a horse that adapted so well to living in captivity. And now, he was her champion. No matter how much ribbons, trophy and titles the other horses may have, Shiny would always be her champion, because he had the courage to face something completely new and to loose the liberty he had always had. Yeap, Shiny was now the biggest accomplishment of RRD. She took the letter and sealed it. Time to go post it. DCS Rehab Challenge was now over for her.</span>

Personality when RRD got him
He certainly doesn't know how big he is, and it's quite dangerous when he gets excited. He's certainly got looks, but no brains to match. This boy's super skittish and spooky, running away from practically anything. His new owner will have to be patient to get this boy bombproofed.
Personality now
Shiny is now a well mannered horse. He learned how big he is and deal very well with his body. He loves people, especially children. His poor intelligence had been compensated over time by concentration and will. He has a lot of stamina and put it all in his job when it's time. Even if we often need to repeat the basic of a new move, he seem to understand by himself the basic of everyday life by looking at the other horses. He is still pretty skittish, but it's been improving from day to day. He prefer being worked on the ground then being ridden, but he will gladly go on a trail with his rider if asked.
